Paolo Molesini, Chairman of Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking

Paolo Molesini is a 60-year-old Venetian married with two daughters, living between Milan and Venice.

After graduating in Magna Business Administration cum Laude at theCa' Foscari University Venice and a job at Vidal (Henkel Group) achieved a MBA in Fontainebleau at I.N.S.E.A.D., thanks to a grant from Generali.

He worked in strategic consulting in London, Rome and Barcelona and joined Fondiaria Group where he launched the Insurance Bank business in joint - venture with Sanpaolo. In Sanpaolo Vita he served as Commercial Director, then General Manager and finally Managing Director.

He worked at Monte Paschi as retail manager in 2001/2003. From 2004 to 2015 he was A.D. and D.G. of Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, and from 2015 to 2019 he was Head of Private Banking Division Intesa Sanpaolo Group and A.D. and D.G. of Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.

He has been chairman of Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking since January 2020; he is also chairman of Fondazione Querini Stampalia, Assoreti and Sanpaolo Invest.

In 2018 he received the award "Career Alumnus" during the Ca' Foscari Forward, and was among the founders of the Milan chapter of the Ca' Foscari Alumni Association, CafoscariMi.
