Alumni in Career

In the Alumni in Career series, successful Alumni Cafoscarini bring their different life and professional experiences to the audience.

The initiative, conceived by Alumni and students and dedicated to them, Alumni, students and recent graduates, represents an informal and educational meeting point between the world of work and young people, who will have the opportunity to discover the paths that have allowed successful Cafoscarini to get where they are.

In particular, the invited Alumni will tell what their studies were, how they approached a certain profession, what previous experiences gave them access to the profession. In addition, they will be asked to focus on what job opportunities exist in the various contexts in which they work, what they consider to be the required skills, the main channels of access and to give their own view on the trend that their respective sectors are likely to face in the near future.

It is therefore a ‘tale’ of what it means to work in the field of a certain profession and what the developments of that profession have been in recent years.

During the meeting, each speaker has 10 minutes to tell his or her story, leaving ample time for questions, which is the real aim of the event, to arouse curiosity and debate, especially with the students present.
