Attività Sportive

The ancient Latin proverb reads "mens sana in corpore sano". Ca' Foscari University has long made this philosophy its own, especially by promoting sea-related sports to recall Venice's historic tradition. Beginning with the spectacular Palio delle Univeristà, celebrated annually during the Regata Storica in September, Ca' Foscari has now also placed sports at the center of its activities, as a necessary corollary to academic teaching and a harbinger of on-the-job learning of fundamental soft skills: team spirit, competitiveness.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Sports Activities of our University, Ca' Foscari Alumni expands its range of services and facilities by activating a series of initiatives and collaborations in sports!

After the collaboration with CUS University Sports Center and the opportunity given to all Premium Members to participate as spectators in the Historical Regatta observing the race from the prestigious balconies of Palazzo Foscari, from spring 2013 new external collaborations and new activities dedicated to Alumni will be activated!

As early as the 2013 primavea, several events and activities will be accessible for our Alumni. Find out about them all!
